Who we are

Brandable is a commercial printing company with an in-house creative agency. We print business cards, postcards, flyers, brochures and banners, and we offer graphic design, web design and workflow automation services. We are based in the United States and can be reached at hello@ilovebrandable.com.

Ordering and quotes

Print products in the shop are priced for the exact combination you choose, and the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Design, web and automation work is quoted per project. A quote is an offer, not a contract; the job starts when you accept the quote and we confirm it.

An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund of anything paid, if we cannot produce it, if it contains content we do not print, or if there is a pricing or listing error. Where a product page says shipping is included, it is; where it says shipping is quoted separately, checkout charges for printing and we send a separate shipping quote with your proof for approval before production. No separate shipping charge is taken without your approval.

All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added where the law requires it.

Your artwork

You keep ownership of the artwork you send us. You give us permission to copy, adjust and print it for your order, and to keep a copy with the order record so we can reprint it if you ask.

You are responsible for the content of what you send: that you have the right to use it, that names, numbers and spellings are correct, and that it does not infringe anyone's trademark, copyright or other rights. We do not print material that is unlawful, that infringes someone else's rights, or that is hateful or harassing, and we decide what falls into those categories.

If your file is not print-ready, send what you have. We set it up to the product guidelines and show you a proof before anything is made. Files uploaded but never ordered are deleted after fourteen days.

Proofs and approval

Nothing goes to press until you approve it. You receive a PDF proof by email for content, positioning and layout, and a hard-copy proof on request. Check it carefully: once you approve, the job prints exactly as the proof shows, and errors in an approved proof are not grounds for a free reprint.

Colour on a screen and colour on paper are never identical. A PDF proof shows content and position; it is not a guarantee of exact colour. If colour is critical, ask for a hard-copy proof before approving.

Turnaround and delivery

Every product page states its production time, which starts the day you approve the proof, not the day you order. Production time does not include time in transit, and we do not publish transit times because they depend on the carrier and your address. If you have a hard date, tell us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it will make it.

Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier collects the parcel. If a shipment arrives damaged or does not arrive, tell us promptly and we will work with the carrier and, where the fault is ours or the carrier's, reprint or refund.

Payment

Print charges are paid at checkout. Where shipping is quoted separately, that shipping cost is excluded from the checkout total and is payable after you approve the shipping quote. Payments are processed by Stripe; your card details go to Stripe directly and are never stored by us. Quoted design, web and automation projects are paid on the schedule in the quote, and we may pause work if a payment is late.

Cancellations, reprints and refunds

  • Before proof approval: you can cancel and we refund what you paid, less any design work already done at the rate in your quote.
  • After proof approval: the job is in production and cannot be cancelled or refunded, because the materials are committed.
  • Something wrong with the job: if what arrives does not match the approved proof, is damaged, or has a print defect, tell us within seven days of delivery with photos. We will reprint it, or refund it if a reprint is not practical. This is our promise and it does not depend on the reason.
  • Not covered: errors that were in the proof you approved, colour differences within normal commercial printing tolerance, and problems caused by a file you asked us to print despite our warning that it was low resolution.
  • Sample packs are free and carry no obligation.

Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.

Design, web and automation services

Each project is defined by its quote, which sets out what is included, how many rounds of revision are included and what happens beyond that. Ownership of the finished design work transfers to you when the project is paid in full; until then it remains ours. We may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to when the project starts.

For websites and automations, you are responsible for the accounts, domains, subscriptions and third-party services the work relies on, and for keeping their credentials safe.

Using the website

The text, photographs, design and code of ilovebrandable.com belong to Brandable and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. You may not use the site to send spam, probe for vulnerabilities, scrape it at scale or interfere with it. We block traffic that does.

The site is provided as it is. We keep it accurate and available but do not promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limits on our liability

Our responsibility for any order or project is limited to the amount you paid for it: at most, a reprint or a refund. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales, a missed event or the cost of a replacement job elsewhere, even if we were told about the deadline. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and of the United States, and any dispute will be heard in the courts of Kentucky. If a part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.

Changes to these terms

We update these terms from time to time and change the date at the top when we do. The terms in force when you place an order are the ones that apply to it.
