Image preparationFlatten Photoshop layers before exporting. Avoid enlarging a small image to fill the banner.
Crop marks & bordersKeep crop marks outside the artwork. Printed borders need at least ⅛″ inside trim, plus bleed.
Material movementBanner vinyl can expand or shrink slightly between batches, so exact edge-to-edge cuts are not guaranteed. That is what the ¼″ safe area is for. 10 mil white block-out vinyl, printed one side.

Does it include the stand?
Yes - the retractable display with the banner fitted, and a travel bag. The banner rolls into the anodized aluminum casing when it is not up.
What is the difference between the two stands?
The economical stand weighs 5.3 lb and is the light, portable one. The premium stand weighs 11.1 lb, with polished ends and a wide base - more stable, and the better choice if it goes up and down every week.
What is the banner printed on?
10 mil white block-out vinyl, full color on one side, so nothing shows through from behind.
Why is the proof shown at half size?
Large-format proofs are shown at half size - the file is 33" × 80". Check it for content and position, not for exact color.
How long until I have it?
Two to three business days on press once your proof is approved, plus shipping, which is quoted separately.
Will I see a proof before it prints?
Yes. Every order gets an online PDF proof by email for content and positioning. A printed hard-copy proof is available on request. Nothing goes to press until you approve, and production time starts from your approval.
What if my file is not print-ready?
Send what you have. We set it up to the guidelines above - bleed, safe area, resolution - and show you the proof before anything prints.
